A little service for you

Well, in the title, I mentioned a little service....

If anyone can't make it to the sale on any of the days stated above or are not in KL/PJ, I can help you buy some stuff, but just not too much. And I charge RM10 service charge for each item.

I will post the items by Poslaju to you after payment (total purchase+service charges+shipping/handling) is made via deposit into my Maybank account.

Please tell me the exact item(s) you want (eg. exact colours, codes, etc) and make sure you really want the item(s) before placing any order. Please be sure that you will pay for the items you've ordered.
After I've bought the items as per your order, I will email you the list of items and total to bank-in. After you've deposited the money, please email me confirmation of payment. Once payment is cleared, I will proceed to send your item by Poslaju within 5 days of payment cleared.

-All items purchased are non-refundable, non-exchangable and non-returnable.
-Please note that the measurements provided for each item are approximates only. The best way to make sure that you fit into a particular clothing is to try it on yourself. You can leave a comment below or email me to arrange to meet up. Email: vonbeautyexpress@gmail.com
-All items were received nicely wrapped in Victoria's Secret plastic bags. However for the purpose of photography for posting here, I have taken them out and replaced them back in their respective bags after taking photos. Otherwise, they are all brand new!
-Some clothing are from the Victoria's Secret Tee Shop range, while some are from other brands sold by Victoria's Secret.

-All items are sold either by cash-on-delivery or by banking in money to my Maybank account.
-Items will be sold on a first come, first served basis. If more than 1 buyer is interested in an item, I will sell it to the buyer who pays first or to the highest bidder. Do email me in advance. My email: vonbeautyexpress@gmail.com
-Items are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable. They are sold as it is. The colours of the items in the photos may vary from the colours of the original products due to lighting when the photos are taken and the frequency of your computer monitor.
-For items that need to be sent to you, I pack all items in good condition and carefully wrap them with bubble wrap. Once the items in good condition are posted, they are no longer my responsibility. Any damaged item must have been incurred during the process of delivery by POS Malaysia or a third-party courier service.

There are 2 ways to buy from VON Beauty Express:

1)Meeting up and cash-on-delivery(COD). Meeting places could be at Midvalley Megamall, Suria KLCC, Bukit Bintang area - Pavilion or Berjaya Times Square or Cheras - Taman Maluri or Bandar Tun Razak. Just send me an email (vonbeautyexpress@gmail.com) telling me the items you are interested in with your contact number. I'll contact you within a day or two to arrange for a meeting to hand you the items and COD.


2)Sending via PosLaju or a third-party courier service:
-Place your order by emailing me with the item(s) you are interested in. My email: vonbeautyexpress@gmail.com
-I'll reply to your mail with confirmation of the item(s) you want to buy plus my Maybank account number with total amount to bank-in, including shipping and handling fee(RM10 for Peninsular Malaysia, RM15 for East Malaysia). In the e-mail, I'll also enclose terms and conditions of sale. The terms and conditions of sale can also be found at the bottom of the page. I hope you will take some time to read it to avoid any future misunderstanding.
-After you bank-in the money, send me payment confirmation and wait for payment to clear. This usually takes about 1 day after you bank-in the money, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
-Once payment is received, I'll proceed to send the item(s) via Poslaju or a third-party courier service and send you an email with the tracking number.
-From experience, item(s) will take anything from 1-5 days after posting to arrive.
-Upon receiving the item(s), I would appreciate it very much if you could send me an email to acknowledge and inform me about it. Or it would be better, please leave some feedback for me on this site. Thank you so much.
