A little service for you

Well, in the title, I mentioned a little service....

If anyone can't make it to the sale on any of the days stated above or are not in KL/PJ, I can help you buy some stuff, but just not too much. And I charge RM10 service charge for each item.

I will post the items by Poslaju to you after payment (total purchase+service charges+shipping/handling) is made via deposit into my Maybank account.

Please tell me the exact item(s) you want (eg. exact colours, codes, etc) and make sure you really want the item(s) before placing any order. Please be sure that you will pay for the items you've ordered.
After I've bought the items as per your order, I will email you the list of items and total to bank-in. After you've deposited the money, please email me confirmation of payment. Once payment is cleared, I will proceed to send your item by Poslaju within 5 days of payment cleared.

-All items were received nicely wrapped in Victoria's Secret plastic bags. However for the purpose of photography for posting here, I have taken them out and replaced them back in their respective bags after taking photos. Otherwise, they are all brand new!
-Some clothing are from the Victoria's Secret Tee Shop range, while some are from other brands sold by Victoria's Secret.

-All items are sold either by cash-on-delivery or by banking in money to my Maybank account.
-Items will be sold on a first come, first served basis. If more than 1 buyer is interested in an item, I will sell it to the buyer who pays first or to the highest bidder. Do email me in advance. My email: vonbeautyexpress@gmail.com
-Items are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable. They are sold as it is. The colours of the items in the photos may vary from the colours of the original products due to lighting when the photos are taken and the frequency of your computer monitor.
-For items that need to be sent to you, I pack all items in good condition and carefully wrap them with bubble wrap. Once the items in good condition are posted, they are no longer my responsibility. Any damaged item must have been incurred during the process of delivery by POS Malaysia or a third-party courier service.

There are 2 ways to buy from VON Beauty Express:

1)Meeting up and cash-on-delivery(COD). Meeting places could be at Midvalley Megamall, Suria KLCC, Bukit Bintang area - Pavilion or Berjaya Times Square or Cheras - Taman Maluri or Bandar Tun Razak. Just send me an email (vonbeautyexpress@gmail.com) telling me the items you are interested in with your contact number. I'll contact you within a day or two to arrange for a meeting to hand you the items and COD.


2)Sending via PosLaju or a third-party courier service:
-Place your order by emailing me with the item(s) you are interested in. My email: vonbeautyexpress@gmail.com
-I'll reply to your mail with confirmation of the item(s) you want to buy plus my Maybank account number with total amount to bank-in, including shipping and handling fee(RM10 for Peninsular Malaysia, RM15 for East Malaysia). In the e-mail, I'll also enclose terms and conditions of sale. The terms and conditions of sale can also be found at the bottom of the page. I hope you will take some time to read it to avoid any future misunderstanding.
-After you bank-in the money, send me payment confirmation and wait for payment to clear. This usually takes about 1 day after you bank-in the money, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
-Once payment is received, I'll proceed to send the item(s) via Poslaju or a third-party courier service and send you an email with the tracking number.
-From experience, item(s) will take anything from 1-5 days after posting to arrive.
-Upon receiving the item(s), I would appreciate it very much if you could send me an email to acknowledge and inform me about it. Or it would be better, please leave some feedback for me on this site. Thank you so much.

WELCOME to VON Beauty Express

Hello, hello! Welcome to VON Beauty Express, your 1-stop site for discounted beauty products.
The products on offer are bath and body care, skin care, cosmetics and a variety of bags from some of these brands - The Body Shop, Bath and Body Works (from USA), Estee Lauder, Boots, and a few Crabtree & Evelyn hand therapies, for now. No super-brands or expensive, unaffordable products in this site. I hope to add more products from different brands (affordable to everyone) as I acquire more from sales, warehouse sales and hopefully for some items, directly from their suppliers/manufacturers.

Why am I doing this? For several reasons......

-I LOVE beauty products very much! I love to shop for these things, especially during sales, and can't resist the good deals, in terms of gift sets and the free gifts that come with them. (Such as Christmas Limited Edition sets of cosmetics.) Many times, I would buy some items that I still have loads of at home just to qualify for the free gifts. Especially when these free gifts are accompanied with pretty cosmetic or tote bags which I'm ever so crazy about! Hence I end up with extras of many things I already have...LEADING TO STORAGE PROBLEMS!
Although I love all the items I have in my personal collection, due to shortage of space, I have to let go of some of my precious beauties. Sob sob! But good news for you all!

Rest assured, ladies, that I'm a very fussy buyer and would scrutinise every item meticulously before I buy them. So all the items I'm letting go are authentic and in tip-top condition as though you've bought them from the shop/counter. And I have only 1 or 2 of everything, so you can be assured of some exclusivity because some of the brands (such as Bath and Body Works, found only in the USA) and some items are already sold out in shops. As for the price I'm selling these items for, I can tell you that it will be lower than retail.

-I know some of you out there, sometimes would like to buy 1 or 2 items in a gift set, but not so willing to fork out a large amount of cash to buy the whole set with some items that you might not need or some items with colours that you may not like (in terms of colour cosmetics), so here I am to help you save some money in the current economic gloom. I'm the same here, always liking only certain items in a gift set, but end up buying the whole set. So some of the things I don't need could be the things that you've been dying to have. My loss will be your gain.

-Because I can't resist any good deal, whenever there is a sale - be it 50% off, buy 2 get 1 free, or the more you buy, the cheaper it gets (a very common warehouse sale gimmick!), I would tend to buy a lot just for the sake of the so-called savings. For certain things that I like so much, especially Limited Edition items, I would buy an extra 2 or 3, just in case. That's just me. But I can pass the savings I've made on to you here in VON Beauty Express.

-For some of you who are living outside Klang Valley where most of the sales and warehouse sales are being held, it may be difficult for you to commute to KL/PJ on that particular day due to work/study commitments, problems looking for a babysitter, etc. So here I am....offering you the chance to shop for the things you like in the convenience of your own home. Without having to deal with the chaos and endless queues!

-As a stay-at-home mum, I need something to do to pass my time, besides taking care of my super-active little girl who also happens to share my passion for beauty stuff, and what better way than to indulge in a little 'play' with my favourite toys - beauty products and to share them with you, ladies.


NOTE: Please be assured that I'm not in any way affiliated with any of the brands, and I'm doing this as a hobby, to clear off some storage space in my place and most important of all, to share beauty with all of you, but at an affordable price!
